Business / Process Consultant

You will work closely with like-minded team members on a variety of client (digital) transformation and process change projects for different companies and industries, advising them on best practices and providing recommendations to move them closer to their goals. A qualified candidate will be skilled at gathering and analyzing data for insights, process transformation methodology, technology savvy and eager to hone their business acumen. An ideal candidate will also be a great communicator, comfortable presenting their findings to the client and capable of building strong client relationships.

Project Manager

In this role, you will be able to build  and lead project teams to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.

Lead projects (business, IT and crossover) from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation, in agile or waterfall way. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget, collaborating with staff in various departments. Projects could for example center around data, software implementation, AI, Sustainability, CAPEX en OPEX improvement, digitization and automation.
